We like most in this hobby have our own set of terms and conditions. We encourage everyone who purchases geckos from us to read these as they are what we go by with all purchases. If you do not agree to these, than please do not purchase with us.

Shipping:
We ship with UPS. We can ship with Fed Ex but unless requested specifically we will use UPS for all shipments. All shipments are overnight. UPS is normally shipped for a 10:30am arrival. Shipping with UPS normally runs about $50.00 which is not included in the price of the purchase of your gecko unless other wise stated.

Live Arrival:
We assure you your gecko will arrive alive and healthy. We guarantee our animals arrive alive or we will either send you a replacement less shipping & handling, or refund the actual cost of the animal.

We are not able to do anything about shipping delays that are out of our hands. If this happens we will do our best to make things right and this is decided by our discretion and a case by case basis.

We will not be held accountable if there is no one there to accept the shipment of live geckos on the first attempted delivery. If it is not delivered on the first attempt all guarantees are voided.

Minors:
We will sell to minors with permission from their legal guardians. However, to make sure that the legal guardian approves of this we have a pretty intense process.

First, a phone call to speak with the guardian is a must. Following the phone call, the guardian must send me an email from their personal account approving the sale of live geckos. This is to cover ourselves, this way, we have spoke with them to verify they are the guardian, then we have them send the email so there is a paper trail so if anything ever happens we will be able to provide documentation.

I know this seems like a pain, but this is the only logical way we could sell to a minor and still be able to cover our own selves if anything ever did come about. The alternative to this is to make it so that minors are unable to purchase from us.

Conditions:
We will not ship live geckos during extreme temps (either cold or hot). Favorable temps are anywhere from 40-80 degrees. If we are unable to send due to weather extremes, we will house the gecko purchased free of charge until the weather is favorable for shipping.
